Times are calculated from your device's clock, our server clock and the public IANA time zone database, and they can occasionally be wrong (for example, when a government changes its time zone rules at short notice). The site is provided “as is”. Do not rely on it alone for safety-critical, legal, medical, financial or navigation purposes.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal or business reference.
• Do not overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
• Do not run automated tools that copy the site in bulk or send fake searches to influence the “Top 100” ranking.
• Do not frame or republish the site as your own.

4. Your saved places

Saved places and comparison lists are stored only in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, they will not be there. We cannot recover them.

5. Third-party ads and links

The site shows ads, including ads served by Google, and may link to other websites. We do not control the content of third-party ads or websites.

6. Ownership

The design, text, logo and code of timenow.online belong to timenow.online. Time zone data comes from the public-domain IANA time zone database, and map outlines come from public-domain Natural Earth data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, timenow.online is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including missed meetings, travel connections or deadlines caused by incorrect or unavailable time information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
